The Gang

This is my humble home place in winter of 2002. Snow around these parts is uncommon, and in looking through pictures on the computer this is one of the only shots I have of the house taken no doubt due to the snow.
Built in 1987 by yours truly with help by my two brothers, zoning regulations required it to be a garage apartment. At the time it was located on land with my parent's home, the place I grew up. The land has since been subdivided and it now sits on it's own three acres. The zoning rules at the time required that no more than half could be living space so the right hand half is my apartment and the left is garage.
Built several years later, the structure behind and partially visible to the left is my combination honey house / shed / computer repair / shop / equipment storage building, typical around here for a farm.
Update:

Here's the new diggs. On the tenth floor! A grand old building, "The Mayflower" was built in 1950. Across the street from the ocean. I guess that's arrivin' for a country boy.
This is where we currently live. In the 'burbs no doubt. Of course it's just about a half mile from where I grew up.
After they build the eighty eight beautiful condos on my old place I'll get a photo up here.
First up in the folks category, this is Terry, my one special one. Terry and I dated in high school then went our separate ways until just before Thanksgiving 1995 where she called out of the blue and the rest is, shall we say, history. Terry puts up with my numerous eccentricities, mood swings and continual taunting, all in mostly the best of spirits. I don't know how I'd get along without her.
Along with her other talents, Terry was the photographer for virtually all the photos on this site.

On the left is one of my younger brothers, Matt. He has his own plumbing, heating, and HVAC business. On the right is my younger sister Lee. Lee lives in Texas with her husband Dennis and is an Artist.
Update: Matt now works in my old job with the city as a Mechanical Inspector.

On the right is Susan Matt's wife. Susan's from New York but I try not to hold that against her. She works for the city's medical benefits office which has come in handy on occasion.

Roxie my Dalmatian "on guard". Roxie died on February 22, 2005 at fifteen years of age and will be sorely missed. A good friend and loving companion.

In January of this year, 2010, my niece Jamie died. Out of great sadness a bit joy has come. This is a picture of Doddie, Jamie's dog which no one seemed to want. She lives with us now and I just don't now how I lived without a dog.

Heighlee the cat waiting for the door to open.
Sadly in December of 2010 Heighlee died. We are now catless.
